hey guys i got an assessment task coming up and i really need ur helps ^^. The question is "evaluate the effectiveness of the legal system in recognising and responding to the nedds of people who are socieconomically disadvantaged". So i had to pick a group of socioeconomically disadvantaged which is 'the unemployed' can someone tell me what i got to include in this essay, just headings of what to include would be nice. ^^ thx in advance

Well, its a matter of principle that can be challenged under a fundamental question... wat is justice?... it therefore is the notion of resiprocity, and hence the believe that an individual can access the right to respond. Therefore, in relation to your question, the poor therefore have few problems, although however, the notion of equity is firmly entrenched in a belief that society plays a major part in what is right or wrong....
