Hey,

im a year 11 student and i just got an assignemt 4 comm and family studies, the question below is the only part of the assignemt i didnt understand, i was just wondering if anybody could give me any ideas to help me right it out

There are a number of factors that influence effective leadership . E.g. The task to be completed, the standard to be acheived, the nature of decisions being made and the gender of the leader can all have an impact on quality leadership. Discuss this statement, using relevent examples.

Well...how I'd do it is list all the factors that influence leadership (factors that influence leadership include....etc.) and then write a bit about them. An effective leader would need time management because....and so on. Does this help? Yr 11....it feels important at the time...but it doesn't matter that much. Don't stress yourself out too much.

i just did the groups in context assesment.... i done the aged... 49/50

I was hoping that people might wanna trade assignments?

The person who started this thread is called Nickolas and just because a guy does Com and Fam doesn't mean there's anything suss about him.
