Neither unless e = 0.
x^5 and x^3 terms, are odd; sum of odd = odd. e = even. Sum of odd and even terms is neither even nor odd.

If e = 0:

which is odd.

if the fucntion has only odd powers of x then its odd and if it only has even powers of x it is even so i guess thats a quick way to tell

bcus that has both odd and even powers (assuming e isnt 0) then its neither
