Hi Guys,
I'm not sure what to do at the moment. During Main Round I was offered a space at the University of Wollongong to do a Bachelor of Commerce (Events Management) which I am/was really interested in however this is about an hour away from my house and as it's a course involving Full Time TAFE and Part Time uni I'm expected at Campus about 5 days a week, so the reality of traveling time has just kicked in. Now, for Late Round I've applied for a position in the "Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences" at USYD which i've noticed has vacancies and is achievable with my ATAR, plus it's about 10 minutes away from my home. Ultimately, my goal is a career in Business and I've heard depending on what you major in, the BLAS can also provide you with this. But realistically, i'm not sure the BLAS offers as many job opportunities as the Bachelor of Comm (Events Management) would, and I'm not sure about the possibility of an internal transfer with BLAS.
What do you think is the wiser choice?
