well think of optical fibre, where the light is complely internall refracted which allows to to make sharp turns. Radio waves, have assisted us in information transfer through radio.....Microwaves i dunno. Have u looked in ur textbook?

There's so many physics summaries on the net, find a few.

Or just think about what the dot point is asking you about - information transfer with EM
light - fibreoptics, for one
radio waves - come on now
microwaves - mobiles etc.

Do you go to Mosman High or sth? Cos that school uses Excel as their "textbook" too.
I found Excel Physics a pretty good book for a study guide, cos it actually reduces your time to make notes and it's precise in a way though it misses out some of the "dot points".

Try Jacaranda Preliminary Physics. That's the one our school is using and it's a great book with lots of information. :)

light - as said is just the optic fibre stuff
radio waves - reflected off 'athenosphere' which is why AM travel further than FM
micro waves - reflected in satelight dishes from bowl, up to the reviecer in the middle
