Help with a parabola and the locus question, please! (1 Viewer)

Hi all, could someone please help me with this parabola and the locus question. I can do part "a" fine but I can't get a solution for part "b".
Q. Let R (1/5,-2) be a point on the parabola y²=20x.
a. find the equation of the focal chord passing through R.
b. find the coordinates of the point Q where this chord cuts the directrix.

I'll just reword what I said to make it easier: find the directrix and substitute into the focal chord
