I tried searching for this but it didn't help much, for this experiment we were asked to observe the effect of temp, substrate concentration and pH level on the activity of rennin

Can someone help me with the results?

we did this in class a few days ago for temp. but haven't gotten to the others yet..
for 10˚C - took 14 for very slight clotting to occur (very fine grains)
20˚C - didn't clot (this result is wrong)
40˚C - took 7m for alot of clotting to occur (this would appear to be the optimal temperature)
60˚C - 3m for a little clotting

sorry about the shit results but thats what you get when each prac group is responsible for a result each
