Just make stuff up.

'Impacts' are just anything that occurs as a result. They can be both positive and negative. In terms of cyclones, volcanic eruptions and earthquakes you could divide your impacts into geographical (environmental) and biological (organisms).

Atmosphere: waste products (volcanic eruptions) lead to an imbalance in the mixture of air and prove harmful to organisms which require respiration to survive.
Hydrosphere: tsunamis (earthquakes) which destroy coastal villages and kill organisms.
Biosphere: death of organisms (including humans), loss of biodiversity, disruptions to food chains.
Lithosphere: creation of rock formations (volcanic eruptions).

Identify means name/recognise. Explain means relate cause/effect, provide why/how.

Sorry my rambling isn't quite up to stratch.
