I've decided to pay a upfront payment of $500 to attract the 20% discount, but the thing is i dunno who to pay this $500 to...

And also it says it must be p aid by the census date, when abouts is that date?\

On my.unsw, you will get a payment slip to print out for whatever the charge you for session 1, (approx. about $2500), you take it to the post office if you want to pay cash, and pay 500.
