Plugging this into the equation you get
To convert degrees to radians divide by 180 and multiply by pi, so converting A and B into rad/s we get 1.08 and 0.02 rad/s respectively.
Now idk if I did something wrong or the rounding is seriously off, but A is the closest answer in rad/s to 0.86 rad/s
