I have to write a speech about change, what materials should I use to help illustrate change?????

Well we can use any type of change, change of self or change of perspective, I'm so confused there is so much we can talk about but I don't know what I should...

Use a couple of the poems people have posted up here like "A Childhood Forgotten" and others - really most texts represent anyway.
