Hi, is there anyone can help me in my research project regarding the emulsion stability? Is there anyone know any information regarding emulsion stability? What makes an emulsion stable? What are the properties of emulsifiers that lead to stability? Why is temperature important to ageing? How is the factors such as particle size, particle distribution and surface charge affect the emulsion stable? Can anyone explain it in details? Thanks a lot.
