hey Frigid, I need to know the legalities and technicalities of a subpeona - I've got one to appear in court for the 22nd Setepmber, but I'm busy on the 30th October and I'm going away on the 1st October overseas. I told the cops and they said that's fine, if the court case is still going, I'll get out of it... but I'm not sure if I believe 'em.
