Hey guys, my Atar result was unexpectedly bad and I couldn't get in UNSW's Com/arts degree. However, I thought of doing Arts in UNSW first and after the first year, I would transfer. It seems that the new internal transfer system in UNSW guarantees a place in Com/arts degree given that I get a >75WAM(I hope I'm right about this).
On the second hand, I have been offered a place in BEng/Bbus at UTS. The problem with this is that I'm scare I can't get a 75+WAM in UTS due to the Engineering part as I've heard getting good marks in Engineering is quite difficult.
I have two questions regarding this:
1)Which course should I take in order to have a higher chance of transferring to BCom/BArts?
2)Is it difficult to get a >75WAM in Arts ? I was thinking of doing either Asian studies or Chinese Studies
