Hey guys, I am looking for some participants for my honours thesis survey. It is about leadership, basically what factors you perceive about your bosses behaviour makes them a good leader. There are some criteria to participate, you need to:
a.) be in some form of paid or unpaid employment;
b.) have a boss or manager to whom you report; and
c.) have worked in your current employment for at least two months at the time of completely the survey.
The survey takes about 5-10mins to complete.
I am doing a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) at Griffith Uni, it might be good to complete if you have an interest in Psychology, or Org Psych, or just want to see the work or research that goes in completing a honours thesis.
