Hey!

I found that some helpful things to study for in the mid years were:

• Develop and Update Hospitality knowledge
• Present Food
• Follow health, safety and security procedures
• Organize and prepare food
• Basic Methods of Cookery

Anyone know if there is anything else in particular, which may be helpful to study for??

yeh mostly all the stuff you learn, you will need for the HSC....just for half yearly's your teacher should give u a study guide....pretty sure the HSC is more concerned with hygiene and the other stuff....more than methods of cookery....but it will cover everything....which sux coz there is a shitload to memorise

I did the half yearly today, went for like 2.1hrs used stuff from all them topics, was an alright exam really just hard to remember it all off by heart
