saw 'em last night, they destroyed. their set was great enough, but then they ended with an encore of two Drive Like Jehu songs (the band they originated from); "bullet train to vegas", and a 15-minute version of "luau", which was orgasmic. utter bliss.

anyone go to any of their aussie shows? they're splitting up as soon as they finish this tour, which is too bad.

i dont like em that much, but hearing those jehu songs wouldve been seriously awesome

the encore alone was more than worth the price of admission.

i mean, i like the hot snakes plenty, but hearing those jehu songs made me realise how much they pale in comparison.
