hotmail does not work for me. before i downloaded some patch and it fixed it but now i have no idea where that patch is. help me please?

i cant acces it from messenger. it just stays on the loading screen forewer. and i cant access it from hotmail.com site. other emails that are not logged on to messenger can be accessed through hotmail.com site.

i just need the patch . i remenber i downloaded somewer and my life was easier.
