I simply cant find any info on china's TNC's when you search something up its is completely irrelevant to my question someone help??

I can't remember the website but I think it was a Chinese newspaper I read online which was quite detailed about effect of GFC on China and TNCs.
It should still be online though. good luck searching.
If you don't end up finding anything specifically for TNCs you could link the fall of FDI (iirc around 30% fall in China during 08-09) to shrinking TNCs while some withdrew.
