Casually bring it into the topic of conversation.

e.g. "I like salami. Do you have a boyfriend?"

There are many subtle ways of doing it, but they are really obviously and make you look like a moron. So my advice is to just say "hey chick do you have a boyfriend?" It will be really obviously but she will give you credit for not being stupid and trying to be subtle.
