no, you go to the forum you want to post in. then in there in the top left hand corner theres that button that says new thread which looks like this

fill out the details and voila! you have a new thread in the forum of your choice.

in the last 5 mins i have seen 3 things with "ti amo" for anthony.

so you get it? click on the part of the forum you want to go to
click on that button shown in above posts
type a heading and message... hey wtf, you started a thread in this forum! do what you did here but in the other section of the forum
