how do you stop getting emails from BOS? (1 Viewer)

how do you stop getting emails from BOS, that is the ones that tell me i get a reply in a thread that i am subscribed in? I've looked in User CP in edit Options and Edit Profile but i cant find the option to stop it
I've already checked the 'Default Thread Subscription Mode" to no email notification but to no avail...
Help...

Well that only works for NEW threads, u have to unsubscribe to every PREVIOUS thread.

how do you do that?
i dont use my yahoo account alot and from time to time i have to delete all those annoying emails.
I only used the yahoo one because i used to have my own account with hotmail but forgot the password so i creasted a yahoo to log onto BOS.

umm as not that bright has advised, i just want to knw how to unsubscribe to my older threads and see what happens. but i need instructions for that.

view all subscribed threads (on top of last rep receibed vox, the box is subscribed threads, bottom corner of that box)
click on the box at the end of the ones you want to unsub from (red circle)
click ont he arrow next to move to folder (blue circle)
click delete subscription (orange circle)
click go (yellow circle)
