Do you mean by public transport?

Get the train to Central and get the UNSW bus.

There's a bus from Central which goes directly to UNSW.

About an hour; train from Macquarie University Station to Central (Northern Line) and the UNSW bus from Central to UNSW. In terms of easiness, I bet it's more easier than from the Western Suburbs; it's quicker, and you might actually get a seat in the mornings and in the afternoons.

Does it come often?
In that case I would catch a 506 to circular key and then get that one

I don't really like trains.
Yeah, the services runs quite often; more buses come when the time is around 20 minutes to the hour.
