man i dun think my zen is too great.. i turned off EQ and smart volume and i listen to it on volume 8 and it lasts a maximum of 5 hrs... wtf??.. its suppose to last 12 hrs.. i neva touch wen im listening to it as well

has this occurred with neone else??
