honky, credit points are the 'value' of your course, over the duration of your degree you have to fufill X credit pointsOriginally posted by honky tonk
Hmmm, I don't know what credit points are
woah- u have a lot of hours it seems.Originally posted by timbk2
1st sem : 3 hrs
2nd sem: 3 hrs
im doin my industrial training for the year, so im only picking up 1 subject.
hmm...in that case, me better find out how much credit points i need, and betta make sure that i'm working towards a degree. :/Originally posted by hipsta_jess
nope, its just how many points that subject is worth towards you degree
for example, my degree requires me to do 240 points by the time i finish, so thats 80 points a year.
im going to transfer, so it doesnt really affect me that much
but i am doing 30 this semester and 40 next semester, so one other semester im going to have to do 50 units to catch up
so yeah, its just working towards a certain amount of knowledge at the end of your degree
15 houes too, but i'm going to uni 4 days a week, dont really bother me at allOriginally posted by Cape
I don't know about my credit points, considering all my subjects this year are compulsory. Anyway, I got 15 hours this semester for four subjects.
