do B Computer science, or have started this year, and how many spots are usually vacant for all of you doing it.

Lots of us do CompSc.

There's plenty of spots available. Apply for early entry, and don't worry about your HSC. It makes things simpler. It's an alright degree (apart from CSCI103/CSCI203 which are fuckhead subjects), but the fact few students (both domestic and international) can actually speak English. I say ELL151/161 should be compulsory, others say I'm an intellectual snob.
