Its 700. You start with 1 box, to get 5 more, its 100 each, to ge another 5 they're 200pts each.

7boxes = 5x 100 + 1x200

You tally your points?

That's pretty sad.

jumb you are wrong. it is:
you start off with one box. so that means you get another 4 boxes. so therefore you will have 5 boxes before you get the shiny green boxes. then 5 of them and the yellow boxes.

therefore:
green 4 x 100
shiny green 5 x 200
yellow you need i think 300 for each one.

From what I've seen once you hit 500 points, you get one light green box. Then every subsequent box takes 200 points.

400 - last dark green box
500 - first light green
700 - second light green
etc

yellow you need i think 300 for each one
It's either 300 or 400. Laz refused to tell me, but 400 would make more sense. He created the yellow boxes so high-rep members have more space to before they hit the roof, and obivously it'll take longer for them to hit the limit if each yellow box required 400, as opposed to 300. I could be wrong though.

now you see where you were wrong? according to what you have said, your first shiny green rep box is worth only 100 reps.

you start off with one. so that is box one; then you get 5 more.
ie. box 2, box 3, box 4, box 5, box 6.

it was very good of you when you only quoted the part where i said you were wrong, but did you read on?

I'll say it again:

You know why I only quoted the first part? Because that was the first mistake you made. I'm not wrong. To go from your 5th dull box to first shiny box, it's 100 rep points. To go from your 5th shiny box to first goldmember box, it's 200 rep points.

okay i was wrong, you should have said something like, 100 for each dull green and then to get the first shiny green, it is 100, but hte shiny green boxes after that, it is 200. that would ahve made everything black and white. :p

Grey rep...

I didnt want to start a new thread...this requires a simple answer:

I know the grey box doesn't count cos the person hasn't made enough posts yet, but once they go over 50 posts (or whatever it is) does the grey rep then turn green and count towards rep count?
