Is it mainly content from lectures? or more 50/50? and what kind of questions could be asked from labs?

From my memory, most of the final exam is just mastering biology stuff. However, there are 2/3 questions at the end that are 100% taken from labs, and you do need to know you labs fairly well to answer them
