I need references and studies on unconsitutional laws or laws that conflict each other. Can anyone help? :\ Thanks in advance...
So far I've only found perspectives and interests, but it's rather different still.

I'm very new to this and am not academically inclined to further study about it, but it's necessary for the conceptual and theoretical framework of my thesis paper. I'm asking anyone and preferably someone with the knowledge and expertise in the field of law who can give theories or scholarly articles on how to approach this kind of issue. Especially covering morality and ethics.

The law deemed unconstitutional in our study is about child pornography in Japan. Basically there's a recent law that has been passed in the constitution which mentions that the possession and distribution of media depicting child pornography is illegal, but it is deemed unconstitutional for it is mentioned under Article 2, Section 3, of the Law on Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and for Protecting Children that child pornography in any visual material that depicts any sexual act, thus making anime and mangas (cartoons and comics) alike, as possible pornographic materials.

Thank you so much to anyone who can give their input and share ideas.
