For e.g.. If I get 92% for my first assessment with a 15% weighting....89% in my second assessment with a 10% weighting and 91% in my third assessment with a 25% weighting, how would I go about finding my semester 1 grade (as a %)

The school usually specifies the weighting of assessments for a Semester 1 report grade.

Ask your faculty.

However,

it should be:

0.92 x 30 + 0.89 x 20 + 0.91 x 50 = Mark/100

90.9% --> 91% should be your overall mark.
