Since this is a fitness thread, and since this gets more hits than the Hobbies and Interests thread I thought I'd make it here. Dancing is much more fun than working out in my opinion. I'd rather spend time at a club dancing than an aerobics class, mainly cause you can do you own thing and also cause the music's better and it's dark. Anyways I'm posting up a few videos of how to dance just in case anyone was interested.

recntly my dancing has involved just alot of jumping
alot... :/
i love it though
banggang gives you a fantastic ab workout

^That's pretty hot atchally.

I used to be able to clear the floor with my dancing skillzz (in a totally good way). Now I just jump around and swing my arms like a monkey.
