I recently got my prelims back....its been a streak of bad luck

On average I got 70's for basically everything....

should I be concerned about my hsc? Do they not reflect the structure of hsc???

Can someone please give me advice on how to recover and improve in the HSC?

There is some indication to your year 12 mark but you are in a range where you have shown you understand stuff but have not mastered it. This is an okay range to be in and you can definitely improve. Spend the time looking at your exams one by one and analysing what areas you made mistakes in and try to address them as soon as possible. It’s more of a concern when someone has completely flunked year 11 and has marks in the 50s or lower. In that case trying to move up to a mark in 80s or low 90s is very unlikely, because this is harshly said but the person isn’t that academically gifted, and so to improve that much they might not be capable of doing that
