Writing a general essay that you can memorise and modify according to the question should not be difficult. You simply need to ensure that the following elements are present throughout your essay:

• References to the rubric

These elements are essential and form your analysis. They will differ according to the module under which the general essay that you wish to write falls, as well as your prescribed text(s) for the module.
