Ok I am in a very very small year group. There are only 20 people in our whole year. I recently received my half yearly report and I am coming first in most of my subjects (Chem, Mathematics, English Adv, English Ext).
However my question is how will a small year group affect my HSC results and ultimately my UAI?? And what if I am stuck in a class where everyone does really well or really poorly. (Most of my classes have about 9 people).

Any imput will be appreciated

The no.1 internal school mark will get scaled to the no.1 external mark. So if you're constantly no.1, your school mark gets scaled to your external mark, meaning nobody elses marks affect you.

Since you are coming first in most of yopur subjects sounds like you will get an awsome UAI.
