Hey I was just wondering .. one of the first aspects of the syllabus under Globalisation is
Content
Students learn to:
Examine economic issues
• examine the impact of the globalisation process on economic growth and the quality of life, levels of unemployment, rates of inflation and external stability
• assess the potential impact on the environment of continuing world economic development
• investigate the global distribution of wealth and investigate the consequences of an unequal distribution of global wealth
• discuss the effects of protectionist policies on the global economy
Now that first point is worrying me a slight bit. It asks for the impact globalisation process has on the levels of unemployment and the others.
Our first assessment is 3 short response questions relating to Globalisation, and Tim Riley / Leading Edge / Cambridge don't cover some of them; at least not in the Globalisation chapter. Is this something i am expected to know for my assessment?
EDIT: Afterthought; same question for that second point there regarding environment?
EDIT2: 3rd question, do bookshops stock the leading edge model answers series?
