I recently completed the HSC in 2012 and am a North Sydney Girls graduate.
I have achieved top bands in both 2unit and 3unit maths courses and am willing to give help HSC/prelim or younger students with their maths studies.
I am versatile and can tutor in homes along the North Shore or in libraries, if you prefer, with flexible times which can be discussed.
How this will work:
- Weekly 1-1.5 hour classes to learn new topics, and an extra 1 hour during the week to cover homework/any questions
- The aim is to complete course topics ahead of school, so when you are taught them in school it will be a form of revision
- Weekly quizzes on said topic just to test your understanding and grasp of the topic
- Monthly timed tests on topics covered over the month
- Attempt past HSC questions to familiarise with the style and format of the questions
This structure can be discussed and altered to your preference but this is the basic guide of how I will structure my classes.
