I applied for misadventure and recieved it for all my subjects due to an accident prior to the exams. I was sent a letter stating:
"Your appeal in this course hav been upheld. You have been awarded an examination mark equal to your assessment mark (or school estimate for vocational examination). There will be an indicator printed beside your examination mark in this course."
Now heres the thing though, I came first in Legal Studies in our year according to my Legal teacher and the StudentsOnline site (when it wasn't down) however, we did have a 4 way tie. My HSC mark for the Legal Studies exam is 85/100 and my friend who also came first got a mark of 88/100. I was wondering how come I didn't get 88 instead of 85 because my rank was first and that was the first mark in the exam. Could anyone help me on this? Thankyou.
