Hahahha my friend is on there

Anyway, the only way to get good marks in English is to have a good, general, vague memorised essay and adapt it to the question in the exam.

And then way Syd Boys principal takes it...its like torture. Some people actually want to learn because their school teachers are failing them...

True, don't want to be hypocritical and say I didn't memorize, but unfortunately we are forced into it due to the nature of the HSC English course and testing. Have to agree with the Sydney Boys Captain, because it really puts you at a disadvantage and maybe around 2-3 marks less than what you would be getting if you didn't memorize. As for tutoring, I would say it's alright for students not having proper teaching in school but it creates a larger inequality between people who can afford against those who can't...
