$(iii) Based on our answers to (i) and (ii), we can see that the required solutions are $x=-\frac{\pi}{3},0,\frac{\pi}{3}$.$

$(iv) Based on our answer to (iii), we can see that the solution to the inequality is $-\frac{\pi}{3}\leq x\leq 0$ or $\frac{\pi}{3}\leq x\leq \frac{\pi}{2}$ (i.e. these are the intervals where the graph of $\sin x$ is on or below that of $\frac{1}{2}\tan x$).$
