this is just based off my assumption and sdd class knowledge but i don't believe they would do that. maybe they'd talk about how you could potentially improve a design so you could potentially talk about how you could use certain tags or css attributes to improve them? again, just an assumption.
i took a quick look at the syllabus of IPT and it does mention "metadata such as HTML tags" but nothing to do with CSS.

here's an example of a question which asks about HTML tags i found in a past paper
if they do make you ask a question about html and css, they probably wouldn't ask the most complicated things. you should at least know the basics of html tags such as head, body, the headings (<h1>, <h2>, ....), paragraph <p>, <div>, line break <br>, images <img>, etc.
AGAIN JUST AN ASSUMPTION, take my advice with a grain of salt i'm only basing this off previous knowledge and my software wizardry!! email / ask your teacher for a better answer, or if someone else replies can provide a solid answer
