I think (im not positive) but i think it would be that we know the basics on it and enough info to answer a multiple choice question on it,
i dont know if that helped, but anyways,
i think the basics ought to do - i.e. what is the 'right', to whom does it extend, by what treaty was it codified etc etc - shouldn't that do? after all, its hardly a history/legal history paper and this stuff is only assessed in multiple choice format (isn't it?) ...
