I cannot log in to student connect (1 Viewer)

Im a new student this year for 2009 and i cannot log in to student connect.

I put in my student ID which came with the letter from ACU and my date of birth and i still cannot get logged on???

Its not great as student centre is unavailable atm cause there closed till feb 13 and i need to enrol in about 10 days!!

I need to enrol as well, and i am having this exact problem, i really need to get onto student centre too, i need to find out what happens if i can not go to the information session that is compolsary, cos i am going to be in another state!

Yea it would be nice if they had a student centre open!
I have the same problem with the information session cause i have something on that day

yeah, one of my good friends is going same degree, i was just going to get him to get all the info for me, I am wondering do they have the same degree at melbourne, i could go to that one

which campus are you going to study at?

I am possibly studying at strathfield
But could be deferring because of a traineeship which i will find out on wednesday if successful.

yeah i am considering deffering too, going to decide that once i speak to my boss to find out can i work it around uni.

Is it only straithfield that is closed?

I am thinking i might call another campus, and ask

I tried calling north sydney and they are all shut i think i might have to call them when i am at melbourne.

If your birthday day/month is a one digit number are you putting a 0 in front of it?

Hi guys, when you try to sign in are you using a capital for the S in your number ie. S00012345, otherwise it wont work. The only other thing I can think of is if you have changed your password anywhere in the ACU site it will change for anything you try to log into.

no, i was thinking of calling the blackboard help desk people and see if they can help me, i do not know if they will be able to but it is worth a shot

My suggestion would be try to log into blackboard or your email to see if they work because the whole ACU system may not be recognising you for some reason.

I have none of it works. i just tried email and black board as well thanks for all your suggestions
