uhmm advising session... well mine went for about 15 minutes about... and enrolment... uhmm that took aggeessss.... alot of lining up... and loads of forms to fill out.. take note... bring ur own black pen! :uhhuh: and also bring a 2b pencil (for the hecs forms) so that u dont have to wait for other ppl to finish with the pencilz they borrowed!
so yeah it takes ages! if u bring sum1 with u... tell them to go for a walk or to the cafeteria cos they will get very annoyed and restless ! :uhhuh:

well depends r u actually going on the day that ur advising session is on or just any day for enrolment?
cos if its during ur course AAS... mite take a bit longer than an hour... say about 2 1/2....
Or if its any day u mite get stuck on a day with a course with a lot of ppl and that mite take longer...
i did mine for nursing... i was there at 9:00 came back at 12:00
if u were u id try to get ahead of everybody and come mad early ... like during the AAS of the other courses :uhhuh:

but i also need to get my academic credit check aswell.

i jus realise how much further penrith is further compared to blacktown, more travel needed now.

U'd need the AAS b4 u enrol if u need help picking electives or whatever. also, they had this form where the adviser had to sign and confirm u had an advising session..but im not too sure if u HAVE to have the signature. but at my AAS, it seemed most ppl saw an adviser cos i had to wait forever in the line.

Ive got a question too. My friend missed her AAS cos she was overseas, so she needs to enrol. does she need to go to her home campus or just to penrith at anytime?

well if you need like info about academic credit and stuff ask the course adviser, but its handed to them the lectueres, not uws admin.
enrol first if you want as long as you know what units you need to do. check with the online handbook to see if your unit will be offered this session.
