I was wondering what the best way to memorise content is, especially for content heavy subjects like Bio? I have trials in two weeks and I did like no study in the holidays so i'm quite stressed. I've started turning the notes I have into flashcards to use along with practice papers but I'm worried that it won't be enough. Idk I'm kinda freaking out and am feeling overwhelmed so any help would be amazing.

Also any tips for maintaining focus and motivation while studying? I get distracted like crazy. Thanks :)
(btw the subjects I do are English adv, standard maths, bio, art, drama, SOR 1)

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm too late but I do have standard maths and English advanced in common with you. In terms of eliminating distractions, I use the app Flora, a study app designed to eliminate distractions and boost productivity. It creates study rooms and you basically set a timer for how long you want to study and you can't leave the app cause you will "kill the tree", you planted from studying. This has been really helpful for me as well as just letting my phone die of battery lol. For English analyse quotes and analysis and have a structure for them. Worst case, analyse the quotes and read them out like a TED talk to help memorise them. Idk how to help with motivation cause I'm so demotivated but, just know the end is near and have consistent breaks.
