what's the deal with transferring at different unis?

For an internal course transfer (diff course, same uni), u usually need atleast a credit average to even try. Places are awarded to the best performing applicants as usual. To change to a similar course at a different uni you can go to the corresponding faculty and apply. The other option is to reapply through UAC which you can do for any course transfer.
