Lets say the employers like you, is it possible that they hire on the spot?
because if i get 2 interviews (A and B) from different places and decide to go to both..
if i accept A then i can't accept B right? but what if i decide to go with B? do i just call up and tell them i quit because i found another job? wouldn't that have an impact on me if i decide to go back to A in a few months?

Most likely they will not hire you on the spot. They congratulate you on the meeting, shake hands, blah blah, and say someone will contact you in a few days to discuss whether or not they will hire you.

In the event that they do hire you on the spot, try and say something like "can you give me a few days to think this over?"

In the meantime, decide on which job you like the most, and put that interview first if you can. That way you can accept it on the spot and know that you got the job you wanted.
