Noone plays with me and I have no friends

... and I'm sick of playing PGR3 with people speaking Chinese*. Whilst it's cool and all that you can use the headset and do voice-chat, it's somewhat unsatisfying to be beaten and then have someone do their victory speech in a language you can't even understand.

* Note: I understand Chinese but very ... poorly. And when they slur their words and have strong accents- I have NFI what they're saying.

I've come to realise, that since I'm quite n00b to Xbox 360, and the games I play are old (eg. PGR3 and TDU), it's very hard to play online matches... as in, I never get to find anyone which is evenly matched, and when I do, I usually get pwned (except for this one British guy who somehow managed to lose to me in PGR... despite me being total n00b).
