G'day, I was just wondering if anyone can give me a hand in choosing a independent text to study for my major assignment worth 25%. Im in Year 11 and have been study the gothic genre. We have already studied "Dracula" and "Interview with the Vampire".
We have to choose a gothic text and compare them to one of these texts and show how it portrays socital values of the time it was composed. Can anyone give me some suggestions? I'm looking at Nightmare Alley and I cant do Frankestien.
I'm also looking for a text that has some analysis on the internet to help me in my study as this is worth 25% and idont trust my skills enough yet to really completely on that for that kind of mark.
