Lots of firms have that. Was just laughing at how brief it is and that all they care about is your marks/stats etc. No spaces for why you want to work with them or other personality questions.

It asks for your sex and DOB, which are things they can discriminate against you. I don't know too much about the legal stuff around job apps, but I believe an employer in this country is not allowed to ask you those things unless its required for the job (such as over 18 jobs) (but of course the website is not Australian based ).

I think that they can ask you, they simply can't discriminate against you on that particular basis when they're selecting their personnel.
