how do i get rid of the absolute function in an integration qn?

the (definite) integrals i'm being asked to integrate are sin|x| + |sinx|, with borders -2pi and 2pi. i know what the graphs look like, do i have to use the domain or if they're odd/even functions? thanks in advance
